2024-25 School Year

If your student HAS a device already, they still need to complete the form and opt in or out for insurance for the 24-25 school year. Students HAVE to turn this form in or their devices will be collected. 

The optional annual device insurance program provides parents with the peace of mind of knowing they will not be burdened with large out-of-pocket expenses for non-covered repairs, replacement or loss. The annual, non-refundable fee is $20.  An Income form is available if the parent/guardian feels this fee would be an economic hardship.
