2023-24 School Year

If your student HAS a device already, they still need to complete the form and opt in or out for insurance for the 23-24 school year. 

The optional annual device insurance program provides parents with the peace of mind of knowing they will not be burdened with large out-of-pocket expenses for non-covered repairs, replacement or loss. The annual, non-refundable fee is $20.  An Income form is available if the parent/guardian feels this fee would be an economic hardship.
