The Cuero ISD Board of Trustees consists of seven members elected by the public to serve three-year terms. Elections are held annually in May. Candidates do represent specific geographical areas excluding At-Large positions. Following the annual election, the Board elects officers (President, Vice President and Secretary) to serve one-year terms.

District 5, currently held by Mr. Bill Hamilton
Position 6 At-Large, Open
Position 7 At-Large, currently held by Ms. Mary Sheppard
Candidate filing period to file an application for place on the ballot is:
January 17 to February 16, 2024
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
