Cuero ISD is aware of the copycat threat/hoax going around right now. There is NO credibility to any of these claims. Students, please practice appropriate social media usage and do not share or create online hoaxes and fake threats. Making fake threats, hoaxes, or pulling a fire alarm intentionally when there is no threat are all criminal offenses. Making false claims are also subject to prosecution under the full extent of the law and will result in expulsion from Cuero ISD.

There will be a greater law enforcement presence at today’s pep rally, sporting events, and 5th quarter event as an added precaution. Working together for the safety of all students and staff is our highest priority.
