2023-24 PREPARTICIPATION PHYSICALS:

CUERO ATHLETIC, BAND, CHEER AND DANCE PHYSICALS

Physicals will be held on Thursday, May 4th from 3pm to 6pm, at the Cuero Medical Clinic located next to Cuero Regional Hospital. All Rankone Paperwork is due prior to evaluation.

Cuero Medical Clinic along with the help of Parkside Clinic will perform physicals, which will cost $10 each student, cash only and must be paid at the time of the physical.
If the student has Private insurance or a Medicaid plan and does not want to pay the $10, the student has the option to schedule an appointment with their primary care provider at a later time and the physical may be covered at 100%. 

***EVERY participant of athletics, band, cheer and dance must have a new physical prior to participation in the 2023-2024 season.
