CHS Chromebook Insurance

Hello Parents of High School Students,

Students were sent home a form for the annual Chromebook insurance form and technology Agreement today. Please return this with any required payments to the CHS Library. Students will be covered under last year's coverage until September 23rd. Students qualifying for the free and reduced lunch program at CHS receive insurance for free. Forms are linked below.
