COVID Update: March 20, 2019

Dear Gobbler Family,
 

UPDATES:
 

INSTRUCTION-
Offsite instruction: Teachers will be putting together packets this week for distribution next week. Packet pick-up details to come.
Online instruction: Calls will be made to all families about internet access this week. Online content and links will be sent out this week through blackboard, website, Facebook, etc.
 

FOOD SERVICE-
DATE:
Meals will start Monday the 23rd
TIME:
Breakfast 7:30-9:30
Lunch 11:30-1:30
LOCATION:
Bus loop behind Hunt Elementary off 2nd street.
WHO:
Any child between the age of 0-18 yrs. regardless if they are a Cuero ISD student can receive a meal. Must be present
DELIVERY:
Not available yet, working on it. If you NEED delivery contact Sandra Hernandez, Food Service Director: shernandez@cueroisd.org
 

PERSONAL ITEMS-
If your child left their band instrument, they need their medications, etc.
Band will be contacting parents through remind.
Medication contact school nurse.
Nurses office hours are 9 am - 12 pm next week.
 

OTHER ITEMS:

Contact your child's campus between 9 am-12 pm next week.

All buildings will be locked and there will be no public access without prior authorization.
 

INFORMATION, CONCERNS, and QUESTIONS:
I have a running list of questions that we currently do not have answers for, I will periodically put out FAQs on all mentioned media outlets. Please email or call with questions, but be patient. We are inundated with daily phone calls, texts, emails, but your questions are important to us, leave a message and we will get back with you. Many of our staff will be working remotely, so at times communication will be slow.
