By my signature below, I consent to my child having access to the Internet through the Cuero ISD network and release the school district from any responsibility for information my child may obtain in the course of using the Internet. Further I agree that any use of the network and Internet under my child’s user ID or account must be consistent with that policy. I understand that district employees have the authority to monitor network usage, including electronic messages sent and received to ensure compliance with the policy, and by this Agreement consent to that access. I understand that my child is responsible for any transactions that occur under his or her user ID or account, that any violation of that policy will be considered a violation of the Student Code of Conduct, and that my child may be denied access to the district’s electronic resources in addition to any other disciplinary action. I understand that from time to time the school may wish to publish examples
of student projects or photographs of students on the School District’s
