The mission of CISD is to empower all students to reach their potential and become responsible, respectful citizens by teaching an enriched curriculum using all available resources.
ATTN: CHS Parents and Students:
Please be aware that due to course overloads and increases in enrollment, we are having to open up additional sections of certain courses so that we can balance classes. As a result, some students will see adjustments to their schedules on Tuesday morning when they return to school. Having too many students in a particular class can make it difficult for students to learn and teachers to teach. Counselors are very experienced at knowing which courses can be altered and which ones cannot, and I ask for your patience and your trust as we finish this process.
There will be no schedule change requests accepted from students and parents after Friday, August 29. Thank you again for your support!
